Elmers Glue Background (on the black accents)
We made these Elmer's Glue Background papers our April meeting of River City Rubber Stampers. I tore mine up to make these accents for a batch of cards. It is a fun and easy technique and you get great results. Elmer's Glue, Perfect Pearls and black glossy card stock.
